The Air Relax Plus AR-3.0 Body Package System gives you everything you need for a complete full-body compression setup in one package. With leg sleeves, arm sleeves, compression shorts, and a waist belt all powered by the AR-3.0 control unit, you can customize sessions for your lower body, upper body, hips, waist, or a combination of areas without purchasing separate systems.
Whether you want a focused leg session after a long day, an upper-body session, or a more complete full-body setup, the AR-3.0 gives you the flexibility to choose the garment, compression mode, and intensity that works best for you.
FOUR COMPRESSION MODES
The AR-3.0 offers four digitally controlled compression modes so you can change how the air chambers inflate during each session:
• Progressive Mode — Gradually progresses compression through the selected garment
• Sequential Mode — Inflates chambers in sequence along the limb
• Full Mode — Applies compression across the full garment
• Targeted Compression Mode — Lets you focus compression on selected areas
Choose from four pressure levels to further customize the intensity of your session.
SMART PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT
A built-in pressure sensor helps the system adapt to different limb sizes and maintain consistent compression throughout the garment. This makes the AR-3.0 easier to use across a range of body sizes without complicated manual adjustments.

COMPATIBILITY
Air Relax Pro AR-4.0 components are not compatible with AR-2.0 or AR-3.0 systems. Use garments and accessories designed specifically for the AR-3.0 platform.
