Flex Lie Down Sauna

Flex Lie Down Sauna

Reclining 1400W Far-Infrared Sauna with Full-Length Reflective Mat

The Relax Flex Lie Down Sauna takes the brand’s portable far-infrared system and reconfigures it for a horizontal position. Instead of sitting in a chair inside an upright tent, the user reclines on a full-length mat beneath a retractable reflective enclosure. The format is designed for buyers who prefer to lie down during a sauna session or who want a lower-profile system that can be packed away when it is not in use.

The Flex operates in the 7–14 micron far-infrared range (7,000–14,000 nm) with a 1400 W radiator. Relax offers the system in 120 V and 220 V versions. The sauna enclosure measures approximately 65 × 26 × 19 inches, while the included mat measures approximately 78 × 36 inches, providing a larger base beneath the heated enclosure.

The retractable tent and reflective mat are central to the design. The mat creates the full-length reclining surface, while the enclosure positions the radiator-generated far-infrared heat around the body without requiring a permanent cabin. An inflatable headrest supports the head outside the enclosed section, and the included manual pump allows the headrest to be set up without additional equipment.

Setup, Use & Storage

The Flex is intended to be placed on a flat, dry surface. The mat is laid out first, followed by the retractable enclosure and radiator assembly. The inflatable headrest is positioned at the open end and can be adjusted using the included manual air pump.

Unlike a built-in sauna cabin, the Flex does not require permanent floor space or structural installation. That makes it easier to use in a multipurpose room and pack away afterward. Relax instructs users to let the sauna cool completely before folding or storing it.
