The Provox 27 is a full-body massage chair with a 49-inch SL track and automatic shoulder detection. The back rollers offer three selectable width settings while the chair adjusts massage range to the seated user.

Thirty airbags are distributed across the shoulders, arms, calves, and feet. Waist heating and three-speed foot rollers are integrated into the chair, while the calf section extends 6.5 inches.

Twelve automatic modes, six massage techniques, three zero-gravity positions, voice control, Bluetooth audio, an adjustable 5–30 minute timer, and transport wheels round out the operating features.
