The Relaxation 09 is a full-body massage chair built around a 53-inch SL track with automatic shoulder-position detection. The roller system follows the body through the neck, back, waist, hips, and thighs, and the shoulder position can be manually fine-tuned across ten settings.

Twenty-eight airbags are positioned across the shoulders, arms, calves, and feet. The chair also includes waist heating rated at 122°F and three-speed foot rollers.

Three zero-gravity positions, independently powered leg and back adjustment, two-inch wall clearance, five massage techniques, three speeds, three widths, six automatic modes, and two memory settings provide a flexible range of configurations.
