The Relaxation 48 is a full-body massage chair built around a 50.5-inch SL track with automatic body scanning. The roller path covers the upper body through the hips and thighs while the body-scan system adjusts roller positioning.

Sixteen airbags provide pressure massage with five intensity and five speed settings. The chair also includes three-level back and waist carbon-fiber heating and three-speed foot rollers.

Nineteen automatic programs, six massage techniques, three roller widths, two zero-gravity positions, rocking mode, and a 5.5-inch extendable calf section provide a broad range of positioning and massage settings.
